Ordering

All meal orders are prepared every week on Monday and Thursday. The Deadline to submit your order to receive your food on any of those desired dates will be the day prior by 5pm ( Sunday and Wednesday).

Yes! In fact, we recommend it in situations when ordering a large amount of meals. This will ensure you are receiving a better rotation of fresh meals. Please leave us a note in the comments section when ordering if you wish to split your order with the details of how you would like to split your order.

There are no minimum order quantities. Although we do recommend ordering at least 5 meals to take advantage of the volume discount and to reduce the price of shipping per meal ratio when ordering delivery. Choosing to pick up smaller orders may also be a good idea.

There is no minimum order but to get free delivery you'll have to spend $20+.

We are not a subscription-based service. You can place one-time orders any time you’d like. However, for added convenience, we do offer the option to subscribe to receive meals on a weekly basis.

The option is displayed when clicking on a meal. The page will show the option for a one-time purchase or weekly purchase. The subscription option is on a weekly cycle on the same day that you receive your initial order. This option needs to be selected on each meal/ item you would like to receive on a recurring basis. You can pause, skip, cancel or edit the subscription 48hrs in advance before the prep date.

Delivery

You have the option to choose between in store Pick-up or Delivery. The option to select will be displayed during the check-out process.

Pick up is between 6pm-9pm on Monday and Thursday. We will keep your order refrigerated until collected.

Deliveries are completed between 6:30pm-9:30pm on Monday and Thursday. Orders are prepared during the day and delivered that same evening. Please note that there may occur delays depending on heavy traffic in your region or severe weather.

We strongly recommend that someone be home and reachable during the time of delivery. This will help to avoid lost or stolen orders. If you are not home and want your order to be left at your doorstep or condo building, the drivers will try to leave it in a secure location. However, please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft and that we do not compensate for orders given this scenario. Please be reachable during the delivery window as the drivers will be contacting you.

Once the drivers arrive to your address, they will attempt to contact you to inform you that your order has been dropped off. On your order day, you will receive an SMS notification stating that your order is on the move along with an approximate ETA.

Delivery fees range from $10-$12. Charging this fee enables us to achieve a shorter delivery window in the evening compared to an all day window that has orders sitting out all day or requires customers to be available all day.

Product

Standard portions include : 115g protein/ 150g carbs / 100g veggies.Please note that these are portions calculated in weight and not macro nutritional values. Please refer to our custom section if you would like to increase or decrease any of the portions.

Meals last up to 5 days in the fridge. Optimal freshness is between 3-4 days. It is recommended to consume wraps and salads within 3 days

We recommend that you eat your meals fresh. However, if you do not have the chance to eat all your meals before the expiration date, it is possible to freeze them. Wraps and salads cannot be frozen.

Meals can be heated in the oven or microwave. Remove lid and the sauce cup (if applicable) and place container in microwave with lid loosely on top.  Microwave on high for about 2 minutes (time may vary depending on strength of microwave and preference). Meal containers are not oven safe. If you would like to heat your meals in oven, please transfer ingredients onto an oven safe tray.

We offer a fully custom meal solution where you can select each ingredient in the plate along with your desired portion, giving you flexibility and total control over your meal check out our Custom Meals page for all options.

Yes! You can view all Keto-friendly options when filtering through by diet type. There are few options in the “a la carte” sections, so we recommend building your keto meals in the custom meal section. There, you will find sauces and ingredients that have a keto friendly badge and healthy fats options like avocados and olive oil that you may include in your meals. You also have the option to remove or decrease carb portions in your plate to ultimately build your perfect keto meal.

Yes! All gluten-free meal options are displayed with a badge and can be searched via the diet type section. Please note that, although we do offer gluten-free ingredient options, our facility is NOT a gluten-free facility and cross contamination can occur for those who have severe intolerances.

Food safety is something that we take seriously. We include allergens listed online on each meal and recommend that you review the ingredient list carefully prior to selecting meals. We also strongly recommend that customers carefully review individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and allergen declaration before consumption. Please let us know in the comments section during the checkout process of any allergies.

Please note, our meals are produced in a facility that also contains and processes wheat, milk, soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.

Wash or rinse the empty containers to remove any leftover food particles and add it to the recycling bin. Containers are also dishwasher safe and can therefore be reused as excellent food storage solutions.
