Our journey began in 2013, when I decided to compete in my first ever body building show. With a lot of dedication, hard work and consistency, I managed to win 1st place in my group. It was during this arduous process when I realized the importance of nutrition and proper food consumption and the impact it had on attaining my goals and transforming my body. My other realization was that keeping up with this food routine, alone, was by far the most difficult part. Shopping, cooking and cleaning became extremely time consuming and stressful when balancing a full-time job, social life, and active training. That’s when the AHA moment occurred! I experienced first-hand how the value of meal prepping and having such a service can positively impact people’s day-to-day lives as it would on mine. I was sold on the idea! In 2014, my brother Perry and I founded Fresh MTL.

Fresh MTL is more than a meal prep service. At our core, we are a full-service Juice Bar + Kitchen concept. Since 2014, our locations have been serving up an array of your lunch-time favorites in an inviting, fast-casual, setting. Today, our Laval location, serves as a neighborhood “go-to” spot to get healthy and delicious wraps, salads, smoothies, juices and snacks in addition to being our central kitchen. With our meal prep service and juice bar concept we aspire to be your one-stop-shop for all things healthy and fresh!
