This particular coffee is from Limmu Kosa, an area in southwestern Ethiopia where coffee famously grows, and that coffee is winey, elegant, and bright. It's a winey, spicy Ethiopian with floral overtones. Nice balance and smooth finish. Suits all brew methods but shines through filter.
