Our History

FreshMTL was created in 2014 on the basis and passion for the health and fitness industry. Combining our 20 years of previous restaurant experience and bachelor degrees in Marketing, Economics and Finance, as well as having experienced a full competition prep, we formed a team of educated and active individuals with a goal to offer mainstream, fresh, healthy, affordable food alternatives to the community, without compromising on quality or service.

We opened/started the FreshMTL brand initially as a Smoothie/JuiceBar, where we offered an impressive selection of nutrient packed protein shakes, freshly pressed juices, and many other unique health products. With relatively rapid success and positive feedback from customers, we were eager to expand into the food sector. In early 2015, we opened our second location as a FreshMTL Bistro. The bistro offers an array of fresh ingredients in our salad bar station, to serve up freshly prepared Salads and unique wraps.

With a full service kitchen, we then expanded to offer weekly meal prep services! Not only did we start creating our own signature dishes, we also began offering a fully custom service, which tailors to each individual's unique needs. A service that has become quite popular and unique in the meal prep industry. Be it you are a busy professional or competitive athlete and everyone in between! Combining our FreshMTL juice bar, bistro and meal prep service, we are proud to say we can offer something to everyone and anyone. 

We like to create a comfortable and fun environment in both locations, where customers can relax, re-energize with friends, colleagues, and family and enjoy a nice lunch, snack or dinner.
