Meals are prepared twice per week to guarantee freshness. Delivery / Pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays between 6pm - 10pm.

 

We recommend to keep meals refridgerated no more than 3-4 days for optimum freshness. For your added convenience, our containers are dishwasher and microwave safe.
